Reminder: YogaSouth is closed on Monday the 26th of August, 2019 in observance of the Bank Holiday.

The next class is the Yoga Rope class from 6:30 to 8pm on Tuesday the 27th of August.

This is a new class we are offering using the yoga ropes as the central focus of the class.

Student of all levels can attend this class.
