Second Lockdown News November 2020

We are complying with the recent temporary government recommendations the we suspend face to face classes until December 2nd, 2020. We are switching most of our yoga asana classes to live streaming classes online using Zoom Meeting. Cathy and I both strongly believe that yoga centres should be allowed to remain open and are beneficial to physical and mental health of the community especially during this time. If you have a prepaid class card or booked for classes online you can use it for online Zoom classes or if you prefer we can refund your payments. Lets make lemon-aid out of lemons and keep up our practice at home for the next four weeks.
