Introduction to Yoga Starting in March

Three Sundays in March. This is for complete new comers to yoga! In this course you will discover the many health benefits of yoga. You will learn the postures which form the foundation of a yoga practice. No equipment is needed all mats and props are provided. This is an active physical class which includes relaxation in every session. This Sunday class starts at 12 noon and ends at 1pm.
