Our beginners class for older people is restarting on Tuesdays between 9.30 - 10.30. This class will begin on Tuesday July 11th.
Yoga is known to help women during pregnancy. The practice of specifically chosen postures and breathing techniques are proven to help avoid back ache, can ease fatigue and encourages women to relax . Cathy has studied yoga in pregnancy in USA and in India, She will confidently enable pregnant women to approach the birth with a peaceful frame of mind.
