In this course you will discover the benefits of yoga. The focus will be on learnining postures which form the foundation of a yoga practice. No equipment is needed all mats and props are provided. This is an active physical class which includes relaxation in every session. The course dates are Saturdays February 22nd, 29th, March 7th, 14th & 21st 2020. This class starts at 11:30 am and ends at 12:30 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to get set up for the session.
